Oooh, I am SO looking forward to Hannah & Brendon's wedding this August!
Hannah is (as you'll likely notice) super-creative with ideas and planning! :)
We started their shoot at a favorite used book store, Second Chance Books. It's SUPER cute and the gentleman in charge is a really nice guy (and I'm not just saying that because he gave us permission to shoot in his bookstore).
Hannah & Brendon's wedding this summer will be at Eola Hills, so we stopped by to check out the vines during wintertime. I'd like to be the first person to point out Hannah's awesome tights. They are rad. Her dress is pretty cute too. I had my envy in check until she showed me that it had pockets. Cute little black dress + pockets = MUST HAVE.
I like to use engagement session time as a practice day for wedding photos. I want to photograph you on wedding day in a way that highlights your assets and personalities. I'm better at that if I know you a little. If you want to skip the photos, we can just have coffee. :)
I had an extra-fun time getting to know Hannah & Brendon as a couple. Brendon melted my heart right away, as he helped Hannah into the car.
I'm a firm believer that "the little things" end up being the things that matter most; those moments get me. Every time.
One of the questions I asked Hannah & Brendon during their session was, "When did you KNOW?" They both answered: Second Date. Doesn't that give you the chills?! (It definitely gave me goosebumps!)
Last stop: apple orchard. This stop was my favorite, but it was a CLOSE call. :)
